The Zhineng Qigong centre is located inside the Villaggio Camping La Roccia, on the fascinating island of Lampedusa — the tropics of the Mediterranean, where the climate is mild all year round.
The centre offers Zhineng Qigong practice suitable for all ages and any physical condition, together with a relaxing stay in the middle of nature, by the sea.

Where you stay
The accommodations are self-contained bungalows, simple but complete: bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and private veranda. They are available as single, double or family size. The practice areas open up all around the cabins: a natural oasis of trees and flowers, facing the sea of the island.
Who it is for
The centre welcomes those who have never practised — in which case detailed, step-by-step instruction in the discipline is given — as well as advanced practitioners, who find here the peace, time and space to concentrate on their own practice. Anyone going through a healing journey finds in the daily practice a support to strengthen the immune system, revitalize the life energy and rebalance the body. There is no time limit to your stay: you remain as long as you need.
The beaches and the walks in the nature reserve, combined with daily practice, are the combination many are looking for: rest, relaxation and healing in the same place. The centre is open all year round and is particularly active in October, November and December, when the influx of tourists stops, the island returns to its natural state and practice becomes more intense.
